Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vous propose une recette assez connue, mais j&rsquo;ai constat\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il pouvait y avoir une certaine confusion lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de la pr\u00e9parer. Beaucoup de gens connaissent le <strong>baba ganoush<\/strong>, le caviar d&rsquo;aubergines typoique de la cuisine du Liban. Cependant, il est souvent <strong>confondu avec le moutabal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Moutabal et baba ganoush, ce n\u2019est pas exactement la m\u00eame chose. C&rsquo;est la m\u00e9thode la plus simple, car les aubergines peuvent aussi \u00eatre grill\u00e9es ou flamb\u00e9es pour br\u00fbler la peau. Comme je suppose que, comme moi, vous avez un four plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;un barbecue \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main, je vais vous expliquer comment les r\u00f4tir.<\/p>\n<p>Le reste de <strong>la pr\u00e9paration du baba ganoush<\/strong> consiste \u00e0 \u00e9craser les aubergines avec de l&rsquo;ail, du citron, du cumin et de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. En option, vous pouvez ajouter un peu de sirop de grenade.
