Il y a toujours une premi\u00e8re fois pour tout. Comme la premi\u00e8re fois que mon oncle m\u2019a demand\u00e9 si j\u2019aimais la bi\u00e8re. \u00ab\u00a0Ah oui ?! Ouais ? Alors, allons boire une bi\u00e8re !\u00a0\u00bb. Je me souviens que mon oncle m\u2019a emmen\u00e9 dans un bar au centre-ville de C\u00e1ceres, en Espagne pour boire notre premi\u00e8re bi\u00e8re ensemble. Avec cette bi\u00e8re, le serveur nous a servi des tapas de <strong>porc \u00e0 la tomate<\/strong>, plus ou moins comme on peut le voir sur la photo ; tr\u00e8s g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse et garnie de frites \u00ab\u00a0maison\u00a0\u00bb et quelques <em>picos<\/em> (les gressins espagnols). C\u2019\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bon ! Tellement bon que je ne peux toujours pas\u00a0m\u2019emp\u00eacher d\u2019associer le <strong>saut\u00e9 de porc \u00e0 la sauce tomate<\/strong> \u00e0 cette premi\u00e8re bi\u00e8re avec mon oncle.<\/p>\n<h2>Voulez-vous savoir comment faire le saut\u00e9 <strong>porc \u00e0 la tomate<\/strong> ?<\/h2>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, cette recette de <strong>porc \u00e0 la tomate<\/strong> est l\u2019un des plats que je fais assez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour le repas\u00a0du travail. On peut parfaitement le faire \u00e0 l\u2019avance, car r\u00e9chauff\u00e9 il reste encore tr\u00e8s bon. Il n\u2019y a aucune\u00a0difficult\u00e9\u00a0pour sa pr\u00e9paration.
