Pour remercier mon amie en quelque sorte de son cadeau, ma premi\u00e8re quiche du blog est d\u00e9die \u00e0 elle. Rien de mieux que reprendre dans un quiche sa fameuse recette de <a href=\"http:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/2014\/03\/omelette-depinards-a-la-catalane.html\">tortilla d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards aux raisins secs et pignons de pin<\/a>. Bien que j&rsquo;ai mis une touche personnelle avec du fromage bleu. C&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux. Voici la recette. Saler et poivrer. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Verser l&rsquo;appareil dans le moule \u00e0 tarte avec la p\u00e2te d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuite.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Cuire la quiche pendant 30 minutes au four \u00e0 180\u00b0C, feu vo\u00fbte et sole.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">V\u00e9rifier que la quiche est pr\u00eate en per\u00e7ant avec un couteau au centre. Si le couteau ressorte propre, la quiche est pr\u00eate.
