Le\u00a0<strong>marmitako au thon (ou \u00e0 la bonite)<\/strong>\u00a0est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l\u2019un des premiers plats que je pr\u00e9pare d\u00e8s qu\u2019il fait un peu plus frais en \u00e9t\u00e9. \u00c7a co\u00efncide avec la fin de la saison de p\u00eache de ce poisson et nous permet de pr\u00e9parer un\u00a0<strong>marmitako de thon frais<\/strong>\u00a0comme l\u2019exige la tradition. Bien que son nom indique qu\u2019il est fait avec du thon, ce poisson est le dernier ingr\u00e9dient \u00e0 \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 dans la marmite.<\/p>\n<p>Pour pr\u00e9parer un\u00a0<strong>marmitako traditionnel au thon<\/strong>, nous commencerons par faire revenir de l\u2019oignon, du poivron, de l\u2019ail et du coulis de tomate. Ensuite, on met les\u00a0<strong>pommes de terre avec le fumet<\/strong>\u00a0et enfin, on ajoute le thon tout \u00e0 la fin.
