Comme c&rsquo;est le cas pour cette pizza \u00e0 la roquette et prosciutto (jambon cru). \u00c0 Naples g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement cette pizza est blanche, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire sans tomate. Cependant, je la pr\u00e9f\u00e8re avec. Cette pizza m&rsquo;a montr\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re fois qu&rsquo;on peut ajouter d&rsquo;autres ingr\u00e9dients frais apr\u00e8s la cuisson. Si vous ne l&rsquo;avez pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait,\u00a0je vous recommande d&rsquo;essayer cette pizza et de sentir le contraste de la pizza chaude et la fra\u00eecheur de la roquette et prosciutto par dessus.
