Faites chauffer et, lorsque l&rsquo;eau bout, faites cuire les pommes de terre pendant 30 \u00e0 40 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient tendres ou 15 \u00e0 20 minutes dans un autocuiseur, \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 la soupape commence \u00e0 siffler. V\u00e9rifiez en piquant avec un couteau. \u00c9gouttez et laissez refroidir.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale, faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile et faites revenir l&rsquo;oignon \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 6 ou 7 minutes. Ajouter le poisson et faire sauter pendant 2 \u00e0 3 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il commence \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9mietter. Saler, poivrer et ajouter du persil fra\u00eechement hach\u00e9.
