En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la qualit\u00e9 n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas \u00e9lev\u00e9, mais le cuisinier faisait ce plat tr\u00e8s bien.\u00a0Si vous ne l&rsquo;avez jamais fait , vous dire simplement que c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s facile. Il suffit de\u00a0faire frire un peu le\u00a0poisson et de pr\u00e9parer une <a title=\"Recette de sauce tomate \u00e0 l\u2019espagnole (tomate frito)\" href=\"http:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/2014\/09\/sauce-tomate-espagnole.html\">sauce tomate<\/a>\u00a0et poivrons. Laver\u00a0\u00e9galement le poivron vert et rouge et les couper en morceaux \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s de la m\u00eame taille que l&rsquo;oignon.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer 2 ou 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et faire revenir les l\u00e9gumes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vous voyez que l&rsquo;oignon devient\u00a0transparent. \u00c0 ce moment, ajouter le vin blanc et laisser \u00e9vaporer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver les tomates, enlever le p\u00e9doncule au couteau, les couper grossi\u00e8rement en morceaux et faire broyer au mixer. Tamiser \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide\u00a0d&rsquo;une passoire fine. Vous pouvez\u00a0pousser avec un pilon.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Passer\u00a0les l\u00e9gumes dans une casserole en terre.\u00a0Verser\u00a0les tomates tamis\u00e9es et ajouter la feuille de laurier.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saler et poivrer selon votre\u00a0go\u00fbt et ajouter\u00a0une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre pour r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 de la tomate.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser\u00a0r\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu doux (ce qui peut prendre une bonne demi heure).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pendant que la sauce tomate cuisse, couper en d\u00e9s le thon \u00a0d&rsquo;environ 1,5 cm\u00a0carr\u00e9s, mais il n&rsquo;y a pas besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre pr\u00e9cis.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saler et poivrer selon le\u00a0go\u00fbt et fariner\u00a0l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer un doigt d&rsquo;huile\u00a0d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 feu moyen-fort.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l&rsquo;huile est chaude, faire dorer\u00a0les d\u00e9s 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9\u00a0et r\u00e9server. Selon la taille de la casserole vous devrez faire cette \u00e9tape en quelques fois.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois la sauce tomate a \u00e9paissi, incorporer le thon frit\u00a0et laisser cuire de 3 \u00e0 4 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat.
