Assaisonner avec du sel.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Au moment de l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition, ajouter les pois chiches pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9goutt\u00e9s, couvrir la casserole et faire chauffer \u00e0 feu vif.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e0 pendant une demi-heure (en position 2) \u00e0 partir du sifflement de la soupape.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9teindre le feu et laisser cuire pendant 20 minutes. Ensuite, enlever la soupape et laisser la vapeur s&rsquo;\u00e9chapper.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Nettoyer les calamars :<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">S\u00e9parer la t\u00eate du corps en tirant doucement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enlever la peau du corps et s\u00e9parer les nageoires. Retournez-le, vider et rincer l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retourner le corps \u00e0 nouveau et le couper en anneaux ou morceaux de la taille d\u2019une bouch\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper les tentacules au ras de la t\u00eate. \u00c9carter la t\u00eate.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saut\u00e9 avec du calamar :<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une cocotte, faire chauffer 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et faire suer l&rsquo;oignon hach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsqu&rsquo;il est tendre, ajouter l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9 et le calamar. Saler et poivrer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire sauter pendant 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer du feu, laisser reposer 30 secondes, ajouter le paprika et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfin, ajouter le coulis de tomate et le laisser r\u00e9duire.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Cuisson finale du rago\u00fbt :<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter aux calamars le fumet de poisson et les pois chiches \u00e9goutt\u00e9s et faire cuire pendant 20 minutes. Ajouter un peu plus de bouillon des pois chiches si vous le souhaitez.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Go\u00fbter et rectifier le sel. Laisser cuire le tout pendant 5 minutes encore.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est tout.
