J\u2019aime bien un bon plat avec ce l\u00e9gume et, en saison, il est incontournable dans mon panier. Il y a longtemps que je voulais faire un <strong>gratin de blette \u00e0 la b\u00e9chamel<\/strong> et j\u2019ai finalement succomb\u00e9 \u00e0 cette envie. Si c\u2019est votre premi\u00e8re fois, n\u2019ayez pas peur, car c\u2019est plus facile que vous ne le pensez. Les feuilles vont prendre quelques minutes, mais les c\u00f4tes peuvent prendre un peu plus de temps. Certaines vari\u00e9t\u00e9s prennent quelques minutes et d\u2019autres un bon quart d\u2019heure voir plus.
