C\u2019est une marinade tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9e dans <strong>la cuisine marocaine<\/strong>, notamment pour le poisson. Bien qu\u2019elle soit \u00e9galement d\u00e9licieuse avec des viandes comme l\u2019agneau ou m\u00eame des l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert <strong>la sauce chermoula<\/strong> peu apr\u00e8s mon arriv\u00e9e en France. Pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es, j\u2019\u00e9tais un habitu\u00e9 d\u2019un <strong>restaurant marocain au coin de mon immeuble<\/strong>. Quels souvenirs ! Et comme le temps passe vite ! Avec ces herbes, nous allons y mettre une bonne dose d\u2019\u00e9pices.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pices caract\u00e9ristique de la sauce chermoula<\/strong> est le paprika, qui peut \u00eatre un m\u00e9lange doux et fort selon votre go\u00fbt, le gingembre, l\u2019ail et bien s\u00fbr le cumin. Tout cela avec du citron et une bonne huile d\u2019olive.
