{"id":1183,"date":"2013-07-26T10:34:02","date_gmt":"2013-07-26T08:34:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/estoyhechouncocinillas.com\/?p=1183"},"modified":"2016-02-10T12:01:53","modified_gmt":"2016-02-10T11:01:53","slug":"salade-lyonnaise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/salade-lyonnaise\/","title":{"rendered":"Recette de salade lyonnaise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lyon a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;une des premi\u00e8res sorties que j&rsquo;ai faite autour de Grenoble.\u00a0Cette ville est connue pour \u00eatre la capitale de la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise.\u00a0Elle est relativement proche et en voiture on mets tr\u00e8s peu de temps.\u00a0J&rsquo;ai beaucoup aim\u00e9 Lyon d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re fois, et j&rsquo;aime Lyon encore\u00a0plus chaque fois que j&rsquo;y retourne. Pour la premi\u00e8re visite je n&rsquo;avais\u00a0rien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, sauf le bouchon pour manger. Les lyonnais\u00a0appellent bouchons les petits restaurants de cuisine traditionnelle.\u00a0C&rsquo;est \u00a0dans ce bouchon l\u00e0 que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert la salade lyonnaise. Elle\u00a0\u00e9tait l&rsquo;un des choix d&rsquo;entr\u00e9es dans le \u00ab\u00a0menu lyonnais\u00a0\u00bb que j&rsquo;ai\u00a0pris. Cependant, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais un peu d\u00e9\u00e7u quand le serveur m&rsquo;a amen\u00e9 la\u00a0salade car elle avait vraiment l&rsquo;air tr\u00e8s simple, mais je n&rsquo;ai pas pu\u00a0m&#8217;emp\u00eacher de dire \u00abc&rsquo;\u00e9tait bon!\u00bb apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir mang\u00e9. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait une\u00a0salade suivie d&rsquo;une andouillette, l&rsquo;une des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s lyonnaises\u00a0par excellence que j&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement d\u00e9couvert ce jour l\u00e0. Une\u00a0andouillette est une saucisse de tripes&#8230; \u00a0et oui, c&rsquo;est aussi bon.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pris beaucoup de salades lyonnaises apr\u00e8s, dans des restaurants\u00a0diff\u00e9rents, et aujourd&rsquo;hui je peux dire que j&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 pas mal de\u00a0variantes. On parle parfois de d\u00e9naturalisations. Si jamais vous\u00a0commandez une salade lyonnaise dans un \u00a0restaurant et qu&rsquo;elle vous est\u00a0servie avec des cro\u00fbtons industriels et un \u0153uf dur, vous la trouverez\u00a0certainement pas si bonne. Je vous donne la raison parce que ce que\u00a0vous venez de manger n&rsquo;est pas la salade dont je parle. Elle n&rsquo;a rien\u00a0\u00e0 voir si les \u00a0cro\u00fbtons sont pas des cro\u00fbtons \u00ab\u00a0maison\u00a0\u00bb, et si l&rsquo;\u0153uf n&rsquo;est\u00a0pas poch\u00e9.
