C\u2019\u00e9tait ma s\u0153ur qui m\u2019en avait apport\u00e9 un petit sachet, ceux\u00a0qui sont offerts comme ap\u00e9ritif lors des voyages en avion. Elle ne les connaissait pas, mais ce qu\u2019elle savait c\u2019est mon penchant pour les nouvelles choses. Les noix de macadamia sont devenues mon fuit sec pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. Dans cette recette je les ai mises avec du saumon, pour lequel j\u2019ai une faiblesse particuli\u00e8re&#8230; Je me suis inspir\u00e9 d\u2019Internet pour cette recette. Lors d\u2019une recherche de recettes avec des noix de macadamia, je suis tomb\u00e9 l\u00e0 :\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.es\/url?sa=t&amp;source=web&amp;ct=res&amp;cd=1&amp;ved=0CAgQFjAA&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fnutriguia.com%2F%3Fid%3D6857a588%3Bt%3DSTORY%3Btopic%3Drec&amp;rct=j&amp;q=nueces+macadamia+salm%C3%B3n&amp;ei=IjfGS-KhCMuksAaqnrTBAQ&amp;usg=AFQjCNFAoXy7-TCJJewM2upkueUB1a9anQ&amp;sig2=zHe6XLC_w3DhPwfSRM0fAQ\">Saumon sauvage en cro\u00fbte de noix de macadamia<\/a>\u00a0;\u00a0et l\u00e0 :\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/Recipe\/Macadamia-Crusted-Salmon\/Detail.aspx\">Macadamia-Crusted Salmon<\/a>. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs tentatives, je suis arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 ce r\u00e9sultat. Par contre, ce que j\u2019ai fait est un peu diff\u00e9rent. Ma touche personnelle est de faire mariner le saumon avec du sak\u00e9 et mirin. De cette fa\u00e7on, le go\u00fbt du saumon contraste bien avec le croustillant de la cro\u00fbte. Donc, pour r\u00e9ussir cette recette, on doit faire la marinade bien \u00e0 l\u2019avance. Laisser mariner plusieurs heures ou mieux toute la nuit.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Roulez le saumon dans la farine, apr\u00e8s dans l\u2019\u0153uf battu et enfin dans les noix de macadamia. Bien presser les morceaux de noix de macadamia pour bien former la cro\u00fbte.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire frire dans l\u2019huile chaude \u00e0 feu moyen vif pendant environ trois ou quatre minutes.
