Pour \u00e9plucher les tomates, vous pouvez utiliser un \u00e9plucheur \u00e0 tomates ou faire une coupe en forme de croix \u00e0 la base et les plonger pendant 30 secondes dans de l\u2019eau bouillante.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper les tomates en deux dans le sens horizontal et enlever les p\u00e9pins.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Concasser les tomates. Cependant, vous pouvez <strong>utiliser des herbes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/strong> ou les remplacer par des herbes de Provence.<\/li>\n<li>C\u2019est \u00e9galement bon de saupoudrer de la <strong>ciboulette<\/strong> finement hach\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Je conserve le bouillon restant que les moules lib\u00e8rent<\/strong>. Habituellement, je le cong\u00e8le puis je l\u2019ajoute dans mes fumets de poisson. 1 part de bouillon de moules pour 3 de fumet. En plus de l\u2019aromatisation, vous pouvez \u00e9galement l\u2019utiliser pour saler.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ne d\u00e9passez pas le temps de cuisson<\/strong> des moules afin qu\u2019elles ne se dess\u00e8chent pas.<\/li>\n<li>Ne consommez pas de moules <strong>qui ne se sont pas ouvertes apr\u00e8s cuisson<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Sur le blog, vous trouverez plus de <strong>recettes avec des moules<\/strong>.
