Mon dieu qu\u2019est-ce que j\u2019aime ce dessert ! Tout \u00e7a pour dire que je me suis mis \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer cette <strong>coupe de glace aux fruits<\/strong> parce que j\u2019ai fait quelques essais de <strong>cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e \u00e0 la vanille<\/strong>. Oui, j\u2019aime bien partir de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re pour faire mes propres pr\u00e9parations maison. Mais cela vous l\u2019avez peut \u00eatre d\u00e9j\u00e0 imagin\u00e9. Le tout d\u00e9cor\u00e9 avec des amandes effil\u00e9es. Dans ce cas, si vous voulez que \u00e7a p\u00e8te \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il il vous faut des coupes \u00e0 glace transparentes pour bien voir les couches. Ce n\u2019est pas joli ?<\/p>\n<p>Moi, je fais normalement un <strong>coulis de framboises<\/strong> assez simple. Juste des <strong>framboises \u00e9cras\u00e9es<\/strong>. Le dessert contient d\u00e9j\u00e0 assez de sucre pour ne pas remarquer que le coulis n\u2019en contient pas. Mais vraiment toujours avec des <strong>framboises fra\u00eeches<\/strong> ou au d\u00e9faut congel\u00e9es, jamais les coulis tout pr\u00eats.
