Les <em><strong>spaghetti\u00a0all&rsquo;Amatriciana<\/strong><\/em> est le premier plat de p\u00e2tes que j&rsquo;ai mang\u00e9 en Italie. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait une amie qui me l&rsquo;a fait go\u00fbter \u00e0 Rome. D&rsquo;ailleurs, elle m&rsquo;a dit que c&rsquo;est une recette classique et qu&rsquo;elle est tr\u00e8s souvent\u00a0pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec des bucatini ( \u00ab\u00a0les spaghetti \u00a0creux\u00bb ). Lle gout de la tomate \u00e9pic\u00e9e au piment m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec des lardons c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s bon. C&rsquo;est juste pour les m\u00e9langer et servir rapidement.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9glez le niveau de piquant du plat selon votre go\u00fbt, on n&rsquo;a pas besoin d&rsquo;utiliser le piment entier.
