On m&rsquo;a offert le livre \u00ab\u00a0la cuisine japonaise\u00a0\u00bb de l&rsquo;auteur Kimiko Barber qui contenait une recette de yakisoba et je me suis pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9 \u00e0 la faire au plus vite. Kimiko enseigne la cuisine japonaise au Royaume-Uni . Son dernier livre \u00ab\u00a0The Chopstick Diet\u00a0\u00bb a eu une grande couverture m\u00e9diatique. Avec ce livre on m&rsquo;a aussi\u00a0offert un couteau en c\u00e9ramique, ces fameux couteaux qui ont une lame tr\u00e8s coupante. Alors pour \u00e9trenner mon nouveau livre et mon nouveau couteau il y avais rien de mieux que de faire des nouilles \u00e0 la recette de Kimiko. Ils sont si faciles \u00e0 faire et tellement bons&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de cette recette se fait dans un wok o\u00f9 on mets le tout des ingr\u00e9dients. Cette recette admet beaucoup de variantes. Avec des nouilles de soba,\u00a0on peut \u00a0y mette \u00a0les l\u00e9gumes que vous souhaitez, ainsi que des crevettes, du porc, du poulet , du b\u0153uf&#8230; Et c&rsquo;est toujours bon! itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans le wok \u00e0 feu vif chauffer l&rsquo;huile de tournesol et quand elle est \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature, ajouter l&rsquo;oignon et la tige de chou.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l&rsquo;oignon est poch\u00e9, ajouter les feuilles vertes du chou, la carotte, l&rsquo;ail et le gingembre et faire sauter pendant trois ou quatre minutes .<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pendant ce temps, faire bouillir les nouilles soba selon les instructions sur le paquet.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">R\u00e9servez les l\u00e9gumes saut\u00e9s .<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans le wok, ajouter l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same puis les nouilles, faire attention \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient s\u00e9par\u00e9s et faire revenir deux minutes .<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients pour la sauce yakisoba, faire attention \u00e0 que la cassonade soit bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, ajouter l&rsquo;eau des champignons, les l\u00e9gumes, les champignons et la sauce yakisoba .<\/li>\n<li
