Le reste de la pr\u00e9paration est tout \u00e0 fait conforme aux r\u00e8gles de la pa\u00eblla. D\u2019abord, on fait revenir un peu de poivron avec de la tomate, ensuite on ajoute le riz et on le laisse cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit \u00e0 point. On place les filets de sardines sur le dessus \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 de la cuisson. Retirer du feu, ajouter le paprika et bien m\u00e9langer.
