Pour faire simple, nous allons commencer par faire dorer la viande, puis les l\u00e9gumes, un peu de cuisson, on ajoute le riz, on laisse cuire et c\u2019est pr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p>Je termine la cuisson du riz au four. C\u2019est une technique largement utilis\u00e9e quand le feu de la plaque de cuisson n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s homog\u00e8ne. Quand elle est chaude, faire dorer les morceaux de viande des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s \u00e0 feu moyen vif.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enlever le lapin et r\u00e9server. Baisser le feu et ajouter le poivron, la carotte et \u00e9ventuellement le piment de Cayenne (sans le fendre). Faire revenir environ 5 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le poivron soit tendre, en remuant fr\u00e9quemment.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pendant ce temps, \u00e9plucher les gousses d\u2019ail et les hacher ou les \u00e9craser avec un presse-ail.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter l\u2019ail, le coulis de tomate et les clous de girofle dans la po\u00eale \u00e0 paella avec les morceaux de viande. Faites revenir environ 6 ou 7 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la tomate r\u00e9duise.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le bouillon et mettre \u00e0 feu fort.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saler et poivrer selon votre go\u00fbt. Ajouter la feuille de laurier, la pinc\u00e9e de curcuma et le paprika.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque \u00e7a commence \u00e0 bouillir, ajoutez les haricots verts (je les ai coup\u00e9s en morceaux).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser cuire 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Prendre un peu de bouillon dans le mortier et \u00e9craser les brins de safran pour les dissoudre dans le liquide chaud. L\u2019ajouter dans la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Incorporer le riz en pluie.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser cuire 10 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen vif puis 8 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen (ou comme je l\u2019ai fait 18 minutes dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 175 \u00b0C).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c0 mi-cuisson, r\u00e9partissez les petits pois sur le dessus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque le riz est cuit selon votre go\u00fbt, le retirer du feu et le couvrir avec un linge de cuisine propre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser reposer 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Et voil\u00e0. Servir tout de suite.
