Retirez le germe si vous le souhaitez.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span>Dans une grande sauteuse ou cocotte, faire chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen de 3 \u00e0 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span>Ajouter l\u2019oignon et faire sauter pendant 6 \u00e0 7 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019oignon soit tendre et un peu translucide. N\u2019oubliez pas de remuer fr\u00e9quemment pour qu\u2019il ne br\u00fble pas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span>Pendant la cuisson du chou rouge, bien laver les pommes, enlever le c\u0153ur et les couper en cubes.
