Oui, ce n\u2019est pas le <a href=\"http:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/2014\/06\/tabouleh-a-lorientale.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>taboul\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019oriental<\/strong><\/a> que l\u2019on trouve de partout. Il lui ressemble, mais c\u2019est une salade qui est faite principalement avec du <strong>persil<\/strong> et de la <strong>menthe<\/strong> et un peu de <strong>boulgour<\/strong>. C\u2019est un <strong>plat typique de la cuisine syrienne et libanaise<\/strong>. Cela peut sembler bizarre une salade avec autant de persil, mais je vous assure que c\u2019est d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n<p>Comme je l\u2019ai dit, il est possible que le nom de <strong>taboul\u00e9<\/strong> vous dise d\u00e9j\u00e0 quelque chose et que vous l\u2019ayez d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu avec du <strong>couscous<\/strong>. C\u2019est du bl\u00e9 cuit qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et ensuite concass\u00e9.
