Faites bouillir les bocaux avec les couvercles et les cercles pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes et laissez-les s\u00e9cher \u00e0 l\u2019envers sur un torchon propre. Remplir les pots avec la sauce f chaude, nettoyer les bords, les fermer et les laisser refroidir \u00e0 l\u2019envers pour faire le vide. Si la sauce est froide, vous pouvez faire bouillir les bocaux remplis et ferm\u00e9s pendant une demi-heure pour faire le vide. Il est important de v\u00e9rifier que le vide a \u00e9t\u00e9 correctement fait. Si \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture \u00e7a ne fait pas le bruit caract\u00e9ristique d\u2019ouvrir les bocaux, <strong>il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ne pas la consommer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Sur le blog, vous trouverez de <strong>d\u00e9licieux plats pour utiliser cette sauce tomate<\/strong>.
