Pour ce faire, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de laisser la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019avocat avec le noyau sur la planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper puis enfoncer le couteau dedans (comme s\u2019il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une hache).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Maintenant, retirer le noyau en tournant le couteau. Pour retirer celui-ci du couteau, le pousser depuis la partie qui ne coupe pas.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer la chair des deux moiti\u00e9s de l\u2019avocat avec une cuill\u00e8re.
