Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une recette que nous faisons beaucoup en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spain.info\/fr_FR\/que-quieres\/ciudades-pueblos\/comunidades-autonomas\/extremadura.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Estr\u00e9madure<\/strong><\/a>, la r\u00e9gion dont je suis originaire en Espagne. Ce sont des <strong>beignets de c\u00f4tes de blettes<\/strong> marin\u00e9s dans du vinaigre et pas mal d\u2019\u00e9pices. Elles se consomment froides en entr\u00e9e ou en accompagnement d\u2019une bi\u00e8re fra\u00eeche en ap\u00e9ro. Ce qui peut-\u00eatre est un peu compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 expliquer, c\u2019est de nettoyer les c\u00f4tes et enlever les filaments. Assaisonnez avec du sel selon votre go\u00fbt et ajoutez \u00e9galement toutes les \u00e9pices de l\u2019escab\u00e8che. Sauf le vinaigre. Si la p\u00e2te est termin\u00e9e, pr\u00e9parez-en encore.
