Une quiche d\u00e9licieuse avec\u00a0une base fondante d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards de saveur douce et au-dessus, des morceaux de feta et tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es au soleil, \u00a0dont la saveur se marie\u00a0parfaitement.<\/p>\n<p>Lors d&rsquo;un voyage en Irlande, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert cette quiche dans un march\u00e9 au centre-ville de Dublin. On pouvait sentir qu&rsquo;elle sortait du four et qu&rsquo;elle \u00e9tait encore chaude. \u00c7a m&rsquo;a donn\u00e9 tr\u00e8s envie d&rsquo;en acheter un morceau, mais je venais de prendre un <em>fish &amp; chips<\/em> tr\u00e8s g\u00e9n\u00e9reux et je sentais parfaitement qu&rsquo;un morceau de quiche ne rentrerait pas dans mon estomac \u00a0\ud83d\ude41\u00a0Quelques jours plus tard, \u00a0d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0chez moi, je me suis rappel\u00e9 de cette quiche et je suis sorti acheter les ingr\u00e9dients.
