Bref, ce que nous allons faire c\u2019est une sauce avec un fumet de poisson et des l\u00e9gumes. Pour ce faire, la rincer sous le robinet. Puis tirer pour s\u00e9parer le corps de la t\u00eate. Couper les tentacules \u00e0 ras des yeux et les r\u00e9server. Retirer l\u2019os. Enlever la peau du corps et s\u00e9parer les nageoires. Si souhait\u00e9, retirer soigneusement la poche d\u2019encre et la garder. Enfin, couper la partie plus dure des nageoires.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper en morceaux le corps de la seiche, les nageoires et les tentacules.
