L\u2019eau doit bien couvrir les l\u00e9gumes secs d\u2019au moins 1 voir 2\u00a0cm. Si n\u00e9cessaire, ajouter de l\u2019eau bouillante pour compl\u00e9ter.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser mijoter pendant 1 heure et demi \u00e0 2 heures dans une cocotte traditionnelle ou 30 \u00e0 45 minutes dans l\u2019autocuiseur \u00e0 partir du sifflement de la soupape.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois cuits, les \u00e9goutter et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Mixer les tomates et les faire cuire dans une petite casserole jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles r\u00e9duisent de moiti\u00e9.
