La <a href=\"http:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/2012\/03\/tartiflette.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>tartiflette<\/strong><\/a>, la raclette ou la fondue sont parmi les stars. Mais, avez-vous go\u00fbt\u00e9 une <strong>morbiflette<\/strong>\u00a0? La <strong>tartiflette au morbier<\/strong>. Aujourd\u2019hui, on va remplacer le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reblochon.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>reblochon<\/strong><\/a>, l\u2019un des fromages de Savoie, par du <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fromage-morbier.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">morbier<\/a><\/strong>, qui vient d\u2019un peu plus au nord, de Franche-Comt\u00e9. Il a une origine paysanne. Les agriculteurs le faisaient pour ne pas gaspiller les restes de la pr\u00e9paration du comt\u00e9. Aujourd\u2019hui, il a une AOC. Il n\u2019y a pas que le fromage qui change, c\u2019est assez courant de remplacer les typiques lardons par des saucisses de la m\u00eame r\u00e9gion. Compter entre 20 minutes ou une bonne demi-heure jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient cuites. Pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson, les percer avec un couteau au centre. Il doit rentrer sans trop d\u2019effort.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois cuites, les passer dans de l\u2019eau froide. Les laisser refroidir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019on puissent les manipuler sans se br\u00fbler.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pendant ce temps, couper le lard en lardons ou les saucisses en petits carr\u00e9s ou rondelles.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9plucher les oignons et les \u00e9mincer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer l\u2019huile (o\u00f9 le beurre) et faire revenir les oignons pendant 6 \u00e0 7 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen doux, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit tendre.
