C\u2019est dans une brasserie \u00e0 Paris que j\u2019ai go\u00fbt\u00e9 la <strong>bavette \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chalote<\/strong> pour la premi\u00e8re fois. Celles que vous voyez sur la photo, je les ai faites avec \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/Fv7ruo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">actifry<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb. J\u2019ai pris l\u2019habitude de les faire toujours avec cette friteuse \u00e0 air chaud. <strong>Le r\u00e9sultat est tout \u00e0 fait acceptable<\/strong> et elles sont vraiment moins grasses. Les sortir du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur entre 30 minutes \u00e0 1 heure avant de les faire cuire.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois les bavettes cuites, \u00e9ventuellement, on peut les saler avec un peu de <strong>fleur de sel<\/strong>. Dans ce cas, il faut les saler tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avant la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Le vin est <strong>facultatif<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Le nombre d\u2019\u00e9chalotes d\u00e9pend un peu de leur taille et de la quantit\u00e9 que vous voulez en mettre.<\/li>\n<li>Sur le blog, vous trouverez d\u2019autres bons plats de la <strong>cuisine traditionnelle fran\u00e7aise<\/strong>.
