Aujourd\u2019hui, je vous pr\u00e9sente une petite variation, un <strong>gratin dauphinois au rutabaga.<\/strong> Pour faire bref, j\u2019ai achet\u00e9 l\u2019autre jour un rutabaga \u00e9norme et on m\u2019a dit que \u00e7a se pr\u00eatait bien pour faire un gratin. Ce n\u2019est pas faux\u00a0! Il doit \u00eatre suffisamment grand pour qu\u2019il reste de 1,5 \u00e0 2\u00a0cm sur les bords pour qu\u2019il ne d\u00e9borde pas dans le four.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur pendant une bonne demi-heure ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la surface commence \u00e0 dorer.
