Faire chauffer et quand \u00e7a commence \u00e0 bouillir, couper l\u2019\u00e9bullition en ajoutant un peu d\u2019eau froide. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter cette \u00e9tape encore deux fois. Ensuite, placer le couvercle de la cocotte et laisser mijoter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les haricots soient tendres. Cela peut prendre de 45 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 heure en cocotte traditionnelle ou de 10 \u00e0 20 minutes depuis le d\u00e9but du sifflement de la soupape en autocuiseur.
