Pour le d\u00eener les jours de forte chaleur, je fais cette recette d\u2019<b>ajoblanco. <\/b>Une <strong>soupe froide \u00e0 l\u2019ail, tomate et concombre<\/strong>. C\u2019est super bon et \u00e7a me rappelle des souvenirs d\u2019enfance, car je mange cette soupe en \u00e9t\u00e9 depuis que je\u00a0suis gamin. Cette recette de soupe \u00e0 l\u2019ail est typique de la r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 j\u2019ai grandi en Estr\u00e9madure. En Espagne, il existe aussi un autre plat appel\u00e9 ajoblanco, une autre soupe froide \u00e0 base d\u2019amandes, de pain et d\u2019ail. Je pr\u00e9pare habituellement l\u2019ajoblanco avec de la tomate et du concombre, comme indiqu\u00e9 dans cette recette. Cependant, il existe plusieurs variations qui ajoutent de la laitue romaine, de la pomme ou du melon vert. On peut la servir en entr\u00e9e ou comme plat unique accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019autres plats comme la tortilla espagnole. Chez mes parents, on aime bien cette combinaison.
