Pour ce faire, rincez les filets de morue pour \u00e9liminer l\u2019exc\u00e8s de sel puis les faire tremper environ 24 heures c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau vers le haut. Renouveler l\u2019eau chaque 6 \u00e0 8 heures, au moins 3 fois.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Au moins deux heures avant de commencer la recette, faire tremper les palourdes dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e pour faire sortir le sable.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer l\u2019intestin des crevettes. Pour cela, s\u00e9parer un peu la t\u00eate du corps et tirer avec des pincettes le \u00ab fil noir \u00bb.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9plucher les oignons et les \u00e9mincer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver les poivrons, retirer la tige et vider les graines.
