Bon\u2026 c\u2019est difficile \u00e0 croire pour quelqu\u2019un qui aime beaucoup les l\u00e9gumes, mais j\u2019aime son go\u00fbt depuis toujours. R\u00e9cemment, je me suis rendu compte que je n\u2019ai pas encore pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un plat dans lequel <strong>le poireau est vraiment la vedette<\/strong>, comme dans ce gratin. Peut \u00eatre, pourrait-on citer les <a href=\"http:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/2016\/02\/raviolis-saumon-ricotta-a-la-sauce-poireaux.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>raviolis saumon ricotta \u00e0 la sauce poireaux<\/strong><\/a>, qui sont une vraie tuerie, mais dans les autres recettes le poireau \u00e9tait un ingr\u00e9dient ordinaire. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, \u00e7a semble assez facile, non ? Eh bien, oui ! La b\u00e9chamel est aussi facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. M\u00eame si nous allons laisser le gratin un bon moment dans le four, une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape \u00e0 la po\u00eale est n\u00e9cessaire pour que, \u00e0 la fin, les poireaux soient parfaitement cuits.
